Francis Wesonga
President and Chief Operating Officer
Frank serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of A1 Autism Consultants, where he oversees strategic growth, operational leadership and financial oversight, and the delivery of high-quality ABA services to children and families. With a strong background in leadership and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism, he is dedicated to building a collaborative team culture and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients.

Nelson Mayama
Clinical Officer
With a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s in Public Health from Worcester State University, Nelson has built a career rooted in compassion, leadership, and community care. After gaining clinical and public health expertise, he launched his own home care company, which has been successfully operating for six years—providing personalized, high-quality services to clients across the region. Today, he serves as Chief Clinical Officer of A1 Autism Consultants, where he continues to champion excellence in home health care, drive innovation, and advocate for patient-centered solutions.
Outside of work, Nelson enjoys spending quality time with his children and has a knack for traveling—always eager to explore new places and cultures.

Miriam Kinuthia
Practice Manager
Miriam is the Practice Manager at A1 Autism, where she plays a key role in bridging families to the services they need while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice. After many years in the biotech industry, she made a career pivot into the world of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is now an aspiring BCBA.
The best part of the role for Miriam is collaborating closely with providers and families—and witnessing the incredible progress children make through ABA services.
Outside of work, Miriam enjoys reading, cooking, exploring wines, and traveling to experience different cultures and cuisines.

Rae Loulache
Clinical Director
Rae earned her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Needs from Lesley University and went on to complete her Master’s in Special Education. She spent 13 years as a first-grade teacher before pursuing her passion for behavior analysis. In 2017, Rae received her License in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Her strong foundation in early childhood education continues to shape her work as a BCBA, always keeping child development at the forefront when supporting clients and families. Outside of work, Rae enjoys reading, spending time with her son and dog, and exploring her interests in interior design and fashion.

Kim Coskun
Assistant Clinical Director
Kim is the Assistant Clinical Director and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at A1 Autism Consultants, with over 14 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bridgewater State University and a Master’s degree in ABA from The Sage Colleges. She is also licensed in ABA in the state of Massachusetts and is a certified Safety Care trainer.
Kim’s career began at the New England Center for Children, where she gained extensive experience working in both school and residential programs. Since then, Kim has provided services in school, home, center, and community settings.
She has had the privilege of working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, Down Syndrome, and mental health disorders. In her current role as Assistant Clinical Director, Kim is passionate about supporting families, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and guiding clinicians and behavior technicians to provide high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, going to soccer games, relaxing at the beach, and vacationing together.

Success Asalu
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Success is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts, with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Assumption University in Worcester. She has over seven years of experience supporting individuals with autism and has also worked with the mental health and brain injury populations.
She has held roles as a Direct Care Professional, part-time Residential Counselor, and Program Manager, and currently works as a Behavioral Clinician supporting the brain injury population. She also serves part-time as a BCBA at a center supporting children with autism.
Success is passionate about helping each client achieve their goals and believes that every step forward—no matter how small—is worth celebrating. Outside of work, she enjoys singing and listening to music, bringing joy and balance to her life.
